Due to the delicate nature of our product, we kindly ask that you ensure you order the correct skin for your specific BBQ model. Each skin is carefully hand-packed with great attention to detail to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Please note, due to the large size of the shipping box and the associated costs, as well as the potential impact on product integrity during transit, we are unable to offer refunds once the item has been shipped.
