CAUTION

  • Replace BBQ Skins regularly to avoid build-up inside the BBQ

  • Never barbeque with a used BBQ Skin that has excess fat build-up

  • Extra care should be taken when using the BBQ Skin during closed cooking sessions. The barbeque with a skin inside might be hotter compared to normal use. Check the heat regularly.

  • Sharp edges - care should be taken when separating the foil.

  • When a fat fire happens, follow these instructions:

    1. Turn off the gas at the burner control and at the source

    2. Remove the meat from the grill with tongs

    3. Throw baking soda over the fire, or use a fire extinguisher

    4. Avoid using water to extinguish the fire

    5. Close the lid

    6. Call 000 if the fire continues, spreads to the surrounding areas, or to the gas bottle.

By changing the foil regularly, you reduce the risk of a fat fire.
